We are on the lookout for qualified ski & snowboard instructors and guides of all experience levels, whether you're an IMGA guide or you're starting your winter sports career. Most of your work will take pace at Kiroro, with oppurtunites to work at ski areas across the Otaru area. Accommodation, season pass, uniform are all provided. We welcome applications from instructors travelling to a Japan on a Working Holiday Visa, a sponsored work visa as well as Japanese citizens.

Between Otaru Adventure and our sister organisations, we are looking to fill the following role starting December 1st 2025:

• Instructor, guest services & supervisor 

• Barista & Yoga Instructor

• Barista

• Guest Accommodation Manager (year-round)

• Kitchen & Front of House staff

• Snow clearing & maintainance
